Dear Colleagues,

It has been with great pleasure that I've come to know that Mr. Jorge Cantero will be speaking at the CIPS course in Bulgaria.

I would like to express my utmost gratitude towards the man who has also been the instructor at the first CIPS course in Bulgaria. Mr. Cantero is a fascinating speaker. He is one of those professors who can turn a difficult and complicated tuition material into something extremely pleasant, easy to understand, and even amusing.

I wish to congratulate everyone who is going to attend the course for their wonderful choice. I can assure you that Mr. Cantero never forgets his students. I've had the honor to be among the participants of  the first Bulgarian course. And whenever I am present at international events featuring Mr. Cantero I attend his lectures. Such was the case at the international real estate exhibition SIMA 2006, Madrid. I attended Mr. Cantero’s TRC course together with Mr. Latchezar Iskrov, President of NRPA, and his wife Mrs. Ani Iskrova.

I am extremely happy that Mr. Jorge Cantero, being a true friend to Bulgaria, will dedicate some time from his busy schedule to come to our country and contribute to the upgrading of the qualifications of Bulgarian real estate agents.
